3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, Easywave Wellness Solutions accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product with proper proof (photos/videos).
  • Replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. Flexible Refund Window
